My favourite stay in Darjeeling as I visit this place every year 2 to 3 times. I always choose olive. And i must say manager Biswas is most humble and supportive person.

A wonderful hotel! With lovely rooms! Great location! One of the very few hotels on the mall road(if not only) where your car can drop you off at the hotel gate with your luggage! The staff are really nice and co-operative! We stayed in a room with clear view of Kanchenjungha and with sound of live music and sweet smell of bakery coming in from Glenary’s which is located right at the opposite of this hotel!

I had a very good experience. Location is just opposite of Glenary's. We had enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Darjeeling mall from the hotel reception's balcony. Our rooms does not have attached balcony but we did not feel this requirement because we spent maximum time by roaming around the city. Kanchenjungha view will be there from the reception balcony.

Whenever I visit Darjeeling I stay in this hotel. It is nearest to the mall. Manager Biswas is very humble. Room, Services, Location, food quality everything is awesome.

I love to stay here again while going to Darjeeling next time. Location is wonderful, room is just opposite of Glenary. Staff are very good.

Best location in darjeeling IF you are taking a halt for shopping/sightseeing. It's precisely on the mall road and you can literally keep shopping and dropping yours bags at the hotel. Most of the spots are between 5-15 mins walking distance. We opted for their premium mountain View room and it was sufficiently large and well kept. The rooms and washrooms were clean as well. No obstruction in the mountain View but darjeeling's uncontrolled commercialization on all hills spoils the mood. In terms of service and helpdesk, biswas prasad is helping the guests as their friends and family. We wanted to visit selective spots in the surrounding area and this guy literally planned us a schedule in next 10 minutes on paper along with a hand drawn map. We followed his instructions blindly and covered it all in 10% of the quoted price by tourist guides. Overall it's a great VFM place with rooms ranging between 3-6k and great service. Note - cabs can reach hotel's parking area but it is little tricky. Set navigation to ddma hospital.

Location of the hotel is incredible, for me best value for money hotel in the area. Room are large enough, bathroom is neat and clean. Beds are comfortable, view from the rooms are really enjoyable. I stayed there for 3 days. Room services are always available, they cleaned the room and bathroom every day, towels were changed every day. Foods are delicious and prices are decent. Wi-Fi service in bit slow . Also wifi and tv service was off for a day. I think i should be better. Other than that experience was really good, staffs are doing very appreciative job. Overall I can recommend this to others .

It was an amazing and lovely experience while our stay in Olive hotel Darjeeling in last Dec'23. The behavior and the service of the staffs were excellent. I specifically want to mention Mr.Biswas's name, who is the manager of the hotel.Mr.Biswas was very supportive and cooperative during our stay.Location of the hotel is superb, mall is very nearby.so I recommend everyone to stay in Olive for a couple of days or 2 for a lifetime experience. So I would like to give full marks to the Hotel.
